Great Travel Season
While I don’t want to jinx anything, I am excited to report that Director’s Choice Tour & Travel is in the middle of what appears to be our best season ever!
Customer satisfaction surveys are being returned in record numbers with largely positive comments, and requests for 2010 travel are strong.
While it is exciting to be in such a positive “place” right now, it is not completely surprising. Our team has been more cohesive this year than ever before, and every team member is doing his/her part to constantly improve the level of service we offer to our groups and ensure that every student has a fantastic experience.
There will always be considerable room for improvement, but it is exciting to be where we are and headed in such a positive direction.
