Hard Rock New York Follow-Up
I just had a nice conversation with Yuri (HRC Times Square General Manager) regarding my experiences at the Cafe last week. While I am a “believe it when I see it” person, I genuinely get the feeling that he plans to address the concerns expressed about the service and food quality my most recent group received.
It was refreshing to speak with someone committed to identifying the issues and making corrections instead of the more common excuse-giving that seems prevalent in the world today.
So, we are going to try another group at this location and see how things go. I am cautiously optimistic that we have turned a corner in our relationship with this restaurant and will see better results in the future.
